Introduction and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the 'User' (hereafter also referred to as 'You' or the 'Customer') and 'ZALIVAKO' (hereafter also referred to as 'We', 'Us' or the 'Website'), belonging to the company 'ZALIVAKO', company number 12989983, VAT no EE101949895. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of expressed written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and us as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.
Changes to the Terms of Service and the Website
The Website is a work in progress, and as such, things may change, be added or taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we cannot guarantee that the Website will not experience downtime for any reason. ZALIVAKO takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
Prices
The prices indicated on our Website are shown in Euros and include free worldwide delivery. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Availability
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once your payment has been completed. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product within 30 days following the date of payment. If your order includes partially unavailable products, we will send the available products first and follow with the outstanding items once they are available. If relevant, you may choose a replacement product of equal price and quality.
Secure Payment
ZALIVAKO accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards from over 50 countries. All transactions are processed using advanced SSL encryption to keep your payment secure. You do not need to hold an account with these card providers to complete your purchase. You will not be charged any additional fees for using these payment methods.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when placing your order. ZALIVAKO offers free worldwide shipping, including to Europe, the GCC region (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

GCC (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain) — 10–20 business days
United Kingdom — 5–10 business days
United States — 7–14 business days
Canada — 7–14 business days
ZALIVAKO does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party carrier, by the customer, or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier upon receipt of your claim at daria@zalivako.com. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Right of Return
ZALIVAKO allows you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is received at your delivery address. You may return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed returns request.
We request that you communicate to us the tracking number of the return parcel. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags attached. Any product that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without its original packaging will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
