I treasure deeply my Zalivako caftan. Inspired by Berber carpet motifs woven by women in the Atlas mountains of Morocco, it feels like wearing a soulful story rooted in craftmanship. Il y a des vêtements qu’on aime sur le moment, et puis il y a ceux qui nous accompagnent pendant des années. Mon Zalivako fait partie de ceux-là. J’en avais rêvé longtemps avant de le recevoir en cadeau d’anniversaire il y a quatre ans, et depuis, le plaisir de le porter ne m’a jamais quittée. Il m’accompagne aussi bien dans mes balades à Paris que dans mes voyages à l’autre bout du monde, avec toujours cette allure à part — celle qui attire les regards sans jamais chercher à le faire.
