SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, including Europe, the GCC region (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. For shipping to other countries, please contact us at connect@zalivako.com.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Europe — 5–10 business days
GCC (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain) — 10–20 business days
United Kingdom — 5–10 business days
United States — 7–14 business days
Canada — 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. For all shipped orders, a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package has been dispatched.

European orders are shipped via Mondial Relay and Chronopost. Orders to the US, Canada, and internationally are shipped via Upela Express, FedEx, and UPS.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

To initiate a return, please email daria@zalivako.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a full refund, then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Complimentary shipping will be applied to your new order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at daria@zalivako.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly at no additional cost to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards from over 50 countries. All prices are listed in Euro (€).
