We process orders within 4-5 business days, then ship European orders via Mondial Relay and Chronopost, and American orders via Upela Express, Fed Ex and UPS.

Can I update my order or address?

You cannot change your address or any of the items in your order once it’s been submitted.
Email to daria@zalivako.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order in time.

What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards from over 50 countries.
Prices for all of our items are listed in Euro, whether you are accessing our service and ordering from Europe, USA, Canada, or any other country.

How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 4–5 business days, then ship standard European orders via Mondial Relay and Chronopost.
All in all, standard U.S. shipping takes 4-8 business days via Upela, and expedited U.S. shipping takes 2 business days with Upela Express.
Canadian orders are shipped via Upela Express and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact daria@zalivako.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

Where can I find my tracking number?

All shipped packages can be tracked using the tracking number, as indicated, in your shipping confirmation email.

What size am I?

All pieces are uni-size. Additional style and fit details are included in the Details and Descriptions sections on each product page. If you need more help, our team is happy to answer all your questions on sizing and fit - for advice, drop us a mail to daria@zalivako.com. If your ordered product of desire doesn’t fit at the end, fit doesn’t work out, you can always return it back to us. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the US, Canada and Russia. However, we can ship any order worldwide. Please contact us at connect@zalivako.com to see if we can ship to your country. We accept credit cards from all over the world with our German payment provider “Paymill.”.

Please note: Because we use a third-party forwarder, sales using this method are final. We do not cover the cost of return shipping internationally.

What is a pre-order and when will my order ship?

We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our warehouse from our factory. When you pre-order these items, we’ll ship them out 1–2 business days after they’re ready to ship out.
You can tell if you’re pre-ordering an item on both the product page and at checkout. Once you’ve placed your order, you can double-check our estimated restock date on the product page, and we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 15 days upon reception, starting with the day of arrival of the parcel at your delivery address. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
We reserve the right to refuse the restocking of the merchandise, in case the returned article is worn, washed or damaged; we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

How can I exchange?

We suggest that you return your original purchase for a full refund in store credit before ordering in a new size or colour.
Once the return parcel has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive a notification email. You can then reorder whenever is convenient using the complimentary shipping we provide.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
