Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing purchases made through the ZALIVAKO website. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth below.
1. Free Shipping
In accordance with our free delivery policy, ZALIVAKO provides standard shipping at no additional cost for all orders, regardless of order value or destination, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within forty-eight (48) hours following confirmation of payment and receipt of the order confirmation email. Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation by email once the order has been shipped. This confirmation may include tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Europe: Deliveries within Europe are typically completed within seven (7) days from dispatch.

International destinations: Delivery may take between seventy-two (72) hours and fifteen (15) days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.

United States, Canada, and Russia: Orders shipped to these destinations may exceed fifteen (15) days in transit, although transatlantic shipment generally occurs within approximately one week.
Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond ZALIVAKO’s control.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
ZALIVAKO selects the shipping carrier and method at its discretion to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery services may include national postal services and international courier partners.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the customer’s customs territory, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping service.
6. Delivery Address and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase. ZALIVAKO shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable import charges, the customer may be responsible for re-shipment costs.
7. Tracking and Risk Transfer
Where tracking is available, customers may monitor shipment progress via the carrier’s tracking system. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
ZALIVAKO shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, natural events, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
9. Exclusions
Free shipping applies only to delivery charges. Returns and exchanges are not covered under this free delivery policy. For information regarding returns, customers should refer to the section titled “Right of Return” in the Terms and Conditions.
